Baton Rouge is the capital of the U.S. state of Louisiana and its second-largest city. It forms the parish seat of East Baton Rouge Parish and is located on the eastern bank of the Mississippi River. The card also features the Louisiana State Capitol which is the seat of government for the U.S. state of Louisiana and is located in down town Baton Rouge. At 450 feet (137 m) tall and with 34 stories, it is the tallest building in Baton Rouge, the seventh tallest building in Louisiana, and tallest capitol in the United States.
