Russia: The Zolotoy Bridge

The Zolotoy Bridge ('Golden Bridge') is a cable-stayed bridge across the Zolotoy Rog (Golden Horn Bay) in Vladivostok, Russia. This bridge over Golden Horn Bay made it possible to travel from the centre of Vladivostok to the remote Churkin Cape in only 5–10 minutes instead of the usual 1.5–2 hours.

Denmark: The Genfundene Bridge.

The Genfundene bridge which layed hidden for 85 years was restored in 2014. It is a major tourist attraction in Horsen municipality. The bridge is 13.4 m in height, 50 meters long, built in 1899, was recovered and restored in 2014.

UK: Millennium Bridge

The Millennium Bridge, officially known as the London Millennium Footbridge, is a steel suspension bridge for pedestrians crossing the River Thames in London, England, linking Bankside with the City of London. It is located between Southwark Bridge and Blackfriars Railway Bridge. It is owned and maintained by Bridge House Estates, a charitable trust overseen by the City of London Corporation. Construction began in 1998, and it initially opened in June 2000.

Zimbabwe: Victoria Falls Bridge

The Victoria Falls Bridge crosses the Zambezi River just below the Victoria Falls and is built over the Second Gorge of the falls. As the river is the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia, the bridge links the two countries and has border posts on the approaches to both ends, at the towns of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and Livingstone, Zambia. The bridge was prefabricated in England by the Cleveland Bridge & Engineering Company, before being shipped to the Mozambique port of Beira and then transported on the newly constructed railway to the Victoria Falls. It took just 14 months to construct and was completed in 1905. The bridge was officially opened by Professor George Darwin, son of Charles Darwin and President of the British Association on 12 September 1905. The American Society of Civil Engineers lists the bridge as a Historic Civil Engineering Landmark.

Portugal: April Bridge, Lisbon

The 25 de Abril Bridge is a suspension bridge connecting the city of Lisbon, capital of Portugal, to the municipality of Almada on the left (south) bank of the Tagus river. It was inaugurated on August 6, 1966, and a train platform was added in 1999.

UK: The Forth Bridge

The Forth Bridge is a cantilever railway bridge over the Firth of Forth in the east of Scotland, 9 miles (14 kilometres) west of Edinburgh City Centre. It is considered an iconic structure and a symbol of Scotland, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was designed by the English engineers Sir John Fowler and Sir Benjamin Baker.

USA: The Mackinac Bridge

The Mackinac Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning the Straits of Mackinac to connect the Upper and Lower peninsulas of the U.S. state of Michigan. Opened in 1957, the 8,614-foot (2,626 m) bridge (familiarly known as "Big Mac" and "Mighty Mac") is the world's 16th-longest in total suspension and the longest suspension bridge between anchorages in the Western hemisphere.

Canada: Esplanade Riel

Esplanade Riel is a pedestrian bridge located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It was named in honour of Louis Riel. It is a side-spar cable-stayed bridge which spans the Red River connecting downtown Winnipeg with St. Boniface; it is paired with a vehicular bridge, the Provencher Bridge. The bridge includes an architectural composite tower that is pre stressed with a cantilevered and stayed semi-circular plaza area at the base of the tower. The plaza provides space for commercial activities and as well as a restaurant. The Esplanade Riel is the only bridge with a restaurant in North America.

USA: Mid Hudson Bridge

The Mid-Hudson Bridge is a toll suspension bridge which carries US 44 and NY 55 across the Hudson River between Poughkeepsie and Highland in the state of New York. Governor and local resident Franklin D. Roosevelt and his wife Eleanor attended the opening ceremony on August 25, 1930. The bridge is 3,000 feet (910 m) long with a clearance of 135 feet (41 m) above the Hudson.

Austria: Linz Railway Bridge.

The Linz railway bridge is one of three Linzer bridges over the Danube. Despite its name, it is mainly road transport. The railway bridge was built in 1897-1900 to 1.2 million crowns and opened on 14 November 1900.

Scotland: Glenfinnan Viaduct

Glenfinnan Viaduct is a railway viaduct on the West Highland Line in Glenfinnan, Scotland. It was built between July 1897 and October 1898 at the cost of £18,904. Located at the top of Loch Shiel in the West Highlands of Scotland, the viaduct overlooks the Glenfinnan Monument and the waters of Loch Shiel.

Hong Kong: Tsing Ma Bridge

The Tsing Ma Bridge is a bridge in Hong Kong. It is the world's ninth-longest span suspension bridge. The bridge was named after two of the islands at its ends, namely Tsing Yi and Ma Wan. It has two decks and carries both road and rail traffic, which also makes it the largest suspension bridge of this type. It is 1377 meters long.

Ukraine: Metro Bridge

The Metro Bridge is part of the Brovary Parkway spanning across the Dnipro River in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. It was engineered by G. Fux and Y. Inosov and constructed in 1965 with the expansion of the Kyiv Metro system. The bridge is used for both the Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line of the metro and for automobile traffic. It is 700 meters long.

Finland: Replot Bridge

The Replot Bridge  is a cable-stayed tuftform bridge connecting the island of Replot with the mainland in Korsholm, near Vaasa, Finland. It is 1,045 metres (3,428 ft) long and the longest bridge of Finland. Two supporting pylons are both 82.5 m (271 ft) high.

Germany: Göltzsch Viaduct

The Göltzsch Viaduct (German: Göltzschtalbrücke) is a railway bridge in Germany. It is the largest brick-built bridge in the world, and for a time it was the tallest railway bridge in the world. It spans the valley of the Göltzsch River between Mylau and Netzschkau. It is 574 meters long and 78 meters in height.

Japan: Rainbow Bridge

The Rainbow Bridge is a suspension bridge crossing northern Tokyo Bay between Shibaura Pier and the Odaiba waterfront development in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. The bridge is 798 metres (2,618 ft) long with a main span of 580 metres (1,903 ft).

USA: Sault Ste. Marie International Bridge

The Sault Ste. Marie International Bridge, often known just as the International Bridge, spans the St. Marys River between the United States and Canada connecting the twin cities of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The total length of the bridge approaches 2.8 miles (4.5 km).

Germany: Müngsten Bridge

Müngsten Bridge is the highest railroad bridge in Germany. The bridge is 107 metres (351 ft) high and spans the valley of the river Wupper, connecting the cities of  Remscheid and Solingen. This stretch is part of the Wuppertal-Oberbarmen–Solingen railway.

USA: Golden Gate Bridge

The Golden Gate Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning the Golden Gate strait, the mile-wide, three-mile-long channel between San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The structure links the U.S. city of San Francisco, on the northern tip of the San Francisco Peninsula, to Marin County, bridging both U.S. Route 101 and California State Route 1 across the strait. It has been declared one of the Wonders of the Modern World by the American Society of Civil Engineers. Total length of the Golden Gate Bridge from abutment to abutment is 8,981 feet (2,737 m).
