USA: Mt Hood/ Lost Lake

Mount Hood, called Wy'east by the Multnomah tribe, is a potentially active strato volcano in the Cascade Volcanic Arc of northern Oregon. It was formed by a subduction zone on the Pacific coast and rests in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. Lost Lake is a lake in Mount Hood National Forest 16.2 kilometres (10.1 mi) north west of Mount Hood in Hood River County in the U.S. state of Oregon.
