Romania: Sighisoara Clock Tower

Located in the eastern part of the Sighişoara Citadel, the Clock Tower was built to protect the main gate of the citadel, to host the City Council meetings, and for keeping the archives and treasures of Sighişoara. The construction is based on a rectangular prism, with five levels and a pyramidal roof balcony, and had a height of 64 m.
