Indonesia: Map

Indonesia is an archipelago comprising about 13,466 islands. With 283 million people it is the 4th populous country in the world. The oldest hominid in the world Pithecanthropus Erectus is found here. The longest snake, Python  Reticulates; the largest flower, Fafflesia Arnoldi; the smallest fish, Paedocypris Progenetica is found here. It also has the largest orchid biodiversity and largest shark species about 150 of them in the world.
